Okay, I have to admit that I haven't tried this recipe, but it looks interesting and would make good use of the Turkey
Chorizo Sausage that's already posted. Adapted from the same cookbook.
Since making the sausage is a bit tedious, you could just saute onions and spices with ground turkey and take it from
there.

Ingredients:
4 oz. turkey chorizo sausage, or ground turkey (see comment above)
1 large onion, chopped
1 bottle (~8 oz.) clam juice (yes, it's Core!)
1 1/4 C Chicken broth
2 t cumin seeds
1 1/2 C couscous
1 med red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
8 oz tiny cooked shrimp
lime wedges
Procedure:
- Crumble sausage or ground turkey into a non-stick skillet. Add onion and brown over medium heat 15-20 minutes. Add a little
water if it gets too dry before onions have browned.
- Add clam juice, broth, and cumin seeds. Bring to boil, stir in couscous.
- Cover pan, remove from heat, and let stand about 5 minutes, until liquid is absorbed. Stir in bell pepper and top with
shrimp. Serve with lime wedges
