Ingredients:
1 can pumpkin
1 can fat-free evaporated skim milk
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 egg whites
2/3 c. Splenda
Procedure:
Beat ingredients together until smooth and combined. Spray a 9-inch pan with non-stick spray and pour ingredients into
pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until done.
Serving Size: if using Flex, it's 8 servings at 1 Point each
